I have elected not to participate in any insurance plan network. This allows me to customize your treatment plan so that you can receive the best treatment that your condition requires. My office is not set up to bill any insurance. Payment is due at the time of your session, and I provide you a statement (in “superbill” format) that you can submit to your healthcare insurance company as a claim. They will directly reimburse you the portion of the fee that they allow for an out-of-network provider. Please contact your healthcare insurance plan directly to inquire about reimbursement for the CPT codes listed below. I prioritize both client safety and the healing interaction between provider and client. Ketamine treatment takes place in my private office, and I stay with you throughout your Ketamine session. I may also collaborate with other Colorado providers to craft unique and individualized mental health treatment plans and/or groups. My fees reflect this careful and individualized approach and the importance I place on providing the time and support needed for you to integrate and heal.
